Striking Movements
This is a self-designed object for Schiphol, in which part of Gispen’s collection is presented. After researching Gispen itself and its target group, I discovered that they are all in full swing. They dare to take risks and want to be different. Hence the concept: Striking Movements – Striking in movement. I started designing an object with many different angles, which gives the design a dynamic effect. It is a kind of tunnel through which people can walk, but they can also sit and lie there. The object is made of fabric on the inside.
